The program includes three types of processing plastics extrusion process:

  • - Polypropylene
  • - Polyethylene

 

Polyamide is a high quality material. It has extremely good mechanical properties. It has high strength, impact strength, abrasion resistance.

 

Usage:

  • - Gears
  • - Sprockets
  • - Pulleys
  • - The sliding rails and rails
  • - Plain bearings

 

Polypropylene possesses a low specific weight, good mechanical properties, excellent resistance to temperature and chemicals.

 

Usage:

  • - Production of machine parts
  • - In all industries, especially in the chemical due to extraordinary chemical resistance

 

High molecular polyethylene is resistant to abrasion, has a high impact strength and good sliding properties. Retains its properties at temperatures up to -200ºC.

 

Usage:

  • - Food industry
  • - Chemical industry
  • - Electrical industry
  • - Production of machine parts

 

All full profiles are produced in standard dimensions - length 1m (or depending on your needs), and the thickness of Ø10mm to Ø250mm.
