Pressed and extruded plates

Pressed polymer plates.

Pressed plates of polypropylene:

  • - PPH plates in all colors
  • - PPk plates in all colors
  • - PPK embossed plates

Pressed plates of polyethylene:

  • - HDPE plates in all colors
  • - HDPE embossed plates
  • - Pressed plates of high molecular (PE-500) and ultra high molecular (PE-1000) polyethylene

Extruded PPH gray panels.

Extruded HDPE natural and black plate.

Pressed plates of polypropylene are characterized by high chemical resistance, and resistance to temperatures of 0°C to 100°C.

Advantages:

  • - Lightweight thermal and mechanical treatment
  • - The excellent dielectric and insulating properties
  • - Do not absorb water

Usage:

  • - For all types of tanks
  • - Tubs for galvanizing
  • - Cutting boards
  • - Filter panel
  • - Devices for wastewater treatment
  • - Separators kitchen grease and oil and petroleum products

Pressed plates of polyethylene are known for extraordinary mechanical characteristics, they are also an excellent insulation. In addition to that, they can be used for construction purposes because of excelent ability to weld. Retain all their properties in the temperature range from -80ºC to + 60ºC.

Pressed plates of high molecular and ultra high molecular polyethylene, in addition to the above characteristics, their properties remain in the temperature range of -100ºC to + 60ºC. Possess extremely white color, and therefore are suitable for use in the food industry.

Ultra high molecular pressed boards have expressed the following characteristics:

  • - Impact resistance
  • - Abrasion resistance (larger than e.g., steel)
  • - Resistance to temperatures from -200ºC to + 80ºC
  • - Resistance to chemicals
  • - Sliding properties

Usage:

  • - All types of tanks
  • - Food industry - cutting boards
  • - Communal services
  • - Sport and recreation
  • - Mechanical Industry
  • - Mining and energetics
  • - Food and beverage industry
  • - Chemical Industry
